And when a website is being used extensively, you need to have an email account in your WordPress website for the ease of functionality. Now there are many service providers who allow you to create email accounts. We shall go over the process of setting up an email account by using Google Apps.
The first and foremost thing that you need to do is to set up and create a Google Apps account. The next step is pretty simple. There will come an option where you will be asked to specify the verification of your domain. Here, you need to confirm that the domain belongs to you. After you have done so, you have to click on Continue, and from there, you have to select your domain registrar. After having done so, you have to select the option other, and then you have to copy a very simple code, that begins with Google-site-verification.
Then you keep the Google dashboard open, and open your WordPress site dashboard in another browser window, and then set to work.
After saving the DNS settings, you have to verify by clicking on the verify button which will be situated at the bottom of the screen. After all this, a Congratulations page will appear where you have to select Continue.
After the above steps, you need to go to your WordPress dashboard, select Store, then Domains, and then move on to the Edit DNS option. Here you have to paste the code that has been given below.
